Key Capabilities
Connect your bank accounts to your general ledger without manual journal entries.
Multi-Bank Support
Manage unlimited bank accounts, each mapped to its own GL account. Support for operating accounts, payroll accounts, tax reserve accounts, and more.
Statement Import
Import bank statements from CSV or Excel. The system parses transactions, identifies debits and credits, and queues them for matching.
Smart Reconciliation
Match bank transactions against journal entries by amount, date, and reference. The system suggests matches automatically — you confirm or override.
Multi-Currency Accounts
Hold accounts in any currency. Exchange rate tracking on every transaction. Unrealized gains/losses visible in reporting.
How It Works
Set Up Accounts
Create your bank accounts and map each to a GL account. Set the currency, opening balance, and any default categorization rules.
Import Statements
Upload bank statements. The system parses each transaction and attempts to auto-match against existing journal entries (invoices, bills, payments).
Reconcile
Review suggested matches, confirm correct ones, and manually match the rest. Unmatched items can be posted directly to GL for bank fees, interest, or adjustments.

Transaction Matching
The reconciliation engine compares bank transactions against unreconciled journal entries. It scores potential matches by amount, date proximity, and reference text — presenting the best candidates for one-click confirmation.
- Auto-match by exact amount + reference text
- Fuzzy matching for near-amount transactions
- Date tolerance configurable per account
- One-click confirm for high-confidence matches
- Manual match for complex splits or partial payments

Direct GL Posting
Not every bank transaction matches an existing journal entry. Bank fees, interest income, ATM charges, and miscellaneous debits can be posted directly to configurable GL accounts without creating an invoice or bill first.
- Post unmatched transactions to any GL account
- Default account rules for recurring transaction types
- Proper journal entry created for every posted item
- Full audit trail: bank transaction → journal entry → GL impact
