Simple Search & Detailed Comparison
Two purpose-built search tools give you instant market visibility. Simple Search is a fast, flat lookup across every active pricelist. Detailed Search is a full comparison engine with regional breakdowns, tariff overlays, and internal cost data.
- Simple Search — type an EAN, product name, or paste multiple barcodes to see every supplier's price in a flat, sortable table with per-column filters (barcode, price, qty, supplier, date)
- Detailed Search: Product Mode — search without selecting a supplier to see every matching product with global best price, regional minimums, supplier counts, and all individual prices grouped by product
- Detailed Search: Single Supplier Mode — select one supplier to compare their prices against the rest of the market: price difference vs. global best, vs. regional best, and vs. your last buying cost
- Detailed Search: Multi-Supplier Mode — select two or more suppliers for a side-by-side price matrix per product, with the lowest price highlighted and supplier count per product

Build strategic reports by selecting products (by EAN, brand, or manual pick), designating a primary supplier and competitors, and optionally applying tariff rates. The report shows price gaps, margin opportunities, and generates per-supplier Excel files.

Global Best Sellers Detection
By comparing quantity fields between successive pricelist uploads from the same supplier, the engine detects sell-out — products where stock decreased between uploads. Aggregate across all suppliers to find market-wide top movers.
- Compares quantity changes between consecutive uploads per supplier per product using Pandas
- Negative quantity change = sell-out event — aggregated by product across all suppliers
- Configurable time window (7/14/30/60/90 days) and result limit (top 10/25/50)
- Results include: total units sold, number of suppliers selling, current best price, and per-supplier breakdown
- ReportExclusionKeyword model — exclude products by keyword from best seller reports (case-insensitive)
