ToolHub enforces GAAP-compliant double-entry bookkeeping. Every journal entry must balance (total debits = total credits) before posting. We support full fiscal year management with open/closed/locked periods, VAT returns with boxes 1–9, and immutable audit trails for every financial transaction.

Yes, on Professional and Enterprise plans. ToolHub supports multi-currency invoicing and purchasing with automatic exchange rate fetching (EUR, USD, HUF, RSD and more). Journal entries track both foreign currency amounts and home currency equivalents for accurate reporting.

After cancellation, you have a 30-day grace period to export all your data. After that, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. Financial records may be retained longer if required by law. You own your data — we are the processor, not the controller.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new features become available immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. When downgrading, modules not included in the lower tier become read-only — no data is deleted.

The Field Sales module (Enterprise plan) includes a full Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any mobile device with offline support, GPS tracking, and route optimization. The rest of ToolHub is fully responsive and works in any mobile browser, though it is optimized for desktop use.
